Marsh Tit

Marsh Tits are a very rare species indeed in Øygarden  - nothing like as common as their close relative Willow Tit (which is itself an irruptive migrant).  The species is a common resident in most of the mainland nearby. As such a rarity it requires careful documentation - the images on this page show the neat bib, the glossy head and the lack of pale wing panel. Call was also very useful.....
