Arctic
skua are one of my favourite species of bird and always make a seawatch
worthwhile.
This species used to breed regularly at Tjeldstø in
Øygarden but has disappeared. It remains a regular passge
migrant and summer visitor.
This
book is full of information and ID tips on skuas:
Second year Arctic Skua, Heidrun,
